When is my card charged?
Your card is charged when you sign up; this initial payment will secure your first Raiderly Care Package. Your card is charged again on the following days: September 20th, October 20th, January 20th, February 20th, March 20th.
When are care packages delivered?
• Welcome to Campus – September
• Fall in Love with Lubbock – October
• Holiday Happiness – November
• New Year, New You – February
• Spring Break Essentials – March
• Finals Focus – April
• Exact delivery date varies by month.
How do I cancel?
By purchasing a Six Care package subscription, you agree to an initial and the recurring care package fee. You accept responsibility for all recurring changes until you cancel your subscription.
- If you would like to cancel, please do so before the 20th of the month. From the 20th forward, supplies have been ordered for the next care package, and refunds will no longer be a possibility for the upcoming care package. Once the card on file has been charged, any cancellations made after this will NOT receive a refund; you will still receive one final care package/the final care package paid for, and will not be charged for future care packages.
