We remember being a student at Texas Tech and the comfort a care package from home provided. We want to help you send love, hugs, and encouragement to your student when they need it most! How will I know when my student receives their Raiderly care packages?

You will receive an email confirming that your student’s care package has been delivered.

Do I choose the items in the Raiderly care packages?

We hand-pick the best custom items for our Raiderly care packages, so you may not choose the specific items. Remember that every care package is customized with items that are perfect for that time of year, from t-shirts to sweatshirts, hats to beanies, coffee mugs to water bottles, beach towels to bags, we have you covered!

Are there delivery costs?

No extra delivery cost is involved. The delivery cost for all Raiderly care packages is built into our pricing. No shipping, no shopping, no hassle, we will deliver to your student’s dorm or residence within Lubbock City Limits with no extra cost.

How does my student know that I have sent them a Raiderly care package?

Your student will receive an email when each Raiderly care package is delivered.

When will the Raiderly care packages be delivered?

Our perfectly and intentionally timed care packages will be delivered in September, October, and November for the Fall Semester. Spring care packages will go out in February, March, and April.

 

Are you affiliated with Texas Tech?

Just as proud alumni, fans, and parents of future Red Raiders. Raiderly is not affiliated with Texas Tech.

 

Will you sell my information?

We do not share or sell your information for any purpose.

Does your Red Raider have a dietary restriction or any other special accommodation?

We do our best to accommodate all of our Red Raiders! Please note that we will work with you individually to best serve your student with our Raiderly care packages. Please reach out to us at [email protected] to start this conversation.

What is your refund, return, or cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy: If you would like to cancel, please do so before the 1st of the month. From the 1st forward, supplies have been ordered for the next care package, and refunds will no longer be a possibility for the upcoming care package. Once the card on file has been charged, any cancellations made after this will NOT receive a refund; you will still receive one final care package/the final care package paid for, and will not be charged for future care packages. Subscription will end on April 1, 2027. We do not automatically renew for the next school year.

 

How can I update the messages, my student's info, or any other piece of my account?

You can make any necessary changes to your account here. Please note that there are deadlines to accommodate printing timelines.

Does the Raiderly Care package subscription expire?

Yes, your last payment will be on April 1, 2027. We will contact you to see if you would like to renew for the next school year.
