When is my card charged?
Subscription – Your card is charged when you sign up, so your first Care Package is pre-paid. It is charged again before each Care Package is delivered – January 20, February 20, and March 20.

How do I cancel?
By purchasing a Raiderly Care Package Subscription, you agree to an initial and the recurring care package fee. You accept responsibility for all recurring changes until you cancel your subscription.
- If you would like to cancel, please do so before the 20th of the month. From the 20th forward, supplies have been ordered for the next care package, and refunds will no longer be a possibility for the upcoming care package. Once the card on file has been charged, any cancellations made after this will NOT receive a refund; you will still receive one final care package/the final care package paid for, and will not be charged for future care packages.
